Have you even been unhappy with how thew Civilization games play? Does one game have exactly what you are looking for in one respect but totaly lacking in every thing else? Are you looking for a game that is easily upgraded with out a long wait for patches that take for ever to download and usuailly don't work?

I have the answer!

I introduce my verson of Civilization that you play on paper with any amount of friend that you can handel. be any civilization you can think of or be a new civilization. A key technology missing, add it! A cool militrery unit missing, add it!

What we will have here in comming weeks will be the core rules and starting information. Then any of you can create new technology, units, civ's and improve the rules.
